Australia and Purchasing Hearing Aids

Updated 18/10/2022

Based in Australia?

Want to purchase hearing aids from the UK?

If you’re on this page then you must be in Australia and looking to get some hearing aids without paying the extremely high prices that Australian audiologists charge.

Even Australian-based “discount” hearing aid suppliers such as Hearing Savers, or Ozen are still around double our prices.  Better still, as we are exporting them, you don’t have to pay our sales tax (VAT) so our hearing aid prices are lower still.

Can I purchase hearing aids from the UK if I live in Australia?

Now it’s not quite as straightforward as that. Although with many simple to-aid hearing losses it can be possible to program the hearing aids to your audiogram before shipping them to you, you still have to think about any ongoing care that you would need.

Ideally, if you were to purchase hearing aids from us you would have an audiologist local to you who can set them up properly and provide fine-tuning and aftercare. We would always advise that you get this in place before ordering the hearing aids through us.
