Paul Harrison is a highly experienced audiology professional with over 20 years in the industry, spanning both the manufacturing and retail sides of hearing care. He holds a degree in audiology from the University of Cambridge, and has built a career that bridges the technical, commercial, and clinical worlds of hearing health.
Paul began his career with one of the world's largest hearing aid manufacturers, where he rose through a series of leadership roles. As a trainer, he developed educational programmes for audiologists across the sector.
He went on to become a Product Manager, overseeing the development and launch of new hearing aid solutions, before progressing to Sales Director — a role in which he expanded market presence and built lasting partnerships with key industry stakeholders.
Transitioning to retail, Paul served as National Sales Manager for a major hearing aid retailer, leading sales teams across multiple regions and championing a customer-first approach to hearing care. His ability to balance commercial performance with genuine clinical understanding made him a trusted figure throughout the industry.
Alongside his leadership career, Paul has remained closely involved in patient-facing work — dispensing hearing aids as a private audiologist and contributing to medical content at Hearing Aid UK. His focus has always been on making quality hearing care accessible and personalised for every individual he works with.
