After living in London for several years, where she worked in theatre design, Emily developed an unparallelled level of customer relations experience. She then moved back to Cumbria to be near family and to study for an MA in Publishing.
The course gave her a range of skills that have come in handy when it comes to researching, writing social media content and interacting with our lovely customers at Hearing Aid UK.Â
Working closely with Kimberley, she feels her role is a rewarding journey, where she's discovered a passion for educating people about hearing loss, seeing firsthand the incredible impact of new audiology technologies and how our audiologist network can help hearing healthcare.Â
She is looking forward to learning more and meeting and supporting customers in the future.
